I’m Carolyn Cathcart

I’m a UX Design Strategist and digital experience expert, driven by the mission to make online shopping simpler, more intuitive, and more enjoyable. I specialize in creating seamless, user-centered journeys that align business objectives with customer needs. Currently, I design data-backed, end-to-end UX strategies that help brands deliver innovative, scalable solutions—working closely with cross-functional teams to elevate the entire customer experience.

Before diving into UX strategy, I served as an Online Experience Analyst, where I transformed complex data into actionable insights. This work led to significant improvements in site usability, customer engagement, and product discoverability through strategic design updates and strong cross-team collaboration.

In addition to my corporate work, I run a thriving freelance UX and web design practice, where I partner with small businesses and government organizations to create clear, effective, and visually stunning websites. I use tools like Adobe Illustrator and Figma to craft custom digital assets, blending my retail and customer service experience to ensure that each project delivers both brand integrity and top-notch usability—optimized for both customers and search engines.
